The club was established in 2009 by Keith Dowsett
​
Now run by Adam, James, Peter & Abby Strudwick, the club continues with it's great success, having been handed over to the Strudwick family by Keith Dowsett due to his ever increasing commitments to Kamtec Modelsport. Keith continues to attend the club on a regular basis, bringing his mobile spares shop with him, providing access for the drivers to all their RC needs at meetings. There is no refreshments available in the actual club, but there is a Coop store and a Fish & Chip shop very close by.
